Does anyong use LiquaCel or FiberCel?

Hi all,

My nutritionist suggested I get some of these supplements to help with getting enough Protein and fibre. In Canada they are carried by a company called Caring Solutions - https://www.caringsolutions.ca/ . I got some samples from them - the LiquaCel comes in several flavours and each serving has 16 grams of protein. The fibercel has 5 grams of fibre in each serving. I was just wondering if anyone is using them and what you think?

I don’t. But I have been wondering if I should. I am getting enough Protein and keeping carbs down. But at the expense of getting enough Fiber and that worries me a little. I would be curious what others are doing in terms of fiber.
