Lol! I feel guilty because it’s not necessarily healthy to eat those kinds of noodles and I feel like even tho I only used to seasoning package it’s still bad 😭

Except the fact that they have little food value, swim in sodium laden broth and come in weird nasty funny tasting flavors, ramen noodles are just LOVELY,

You will have plenty of moments of weakness and slip ups in the future, no need to feel guilty for no reason .... it was just broth ....

I've had a pack probably 5 or 6 times since surgery, no issues but wouldn't make it a habit. it's so so good
