Hey all...I am 7 weeks post op and stuck! scale has not moved in 2 weeks and I am measuring everything and keeping a food log. I hit Protein goal almost everyday. Still doing a Premier Protein shake and an Oikos Greek daily. Calories never above 600. Does anyone have any advice to help jump start my weight loss/beat this stall??

You usually slow down a bit at about the 6-7 week mark. Try adding more calories to your diet, you may not be getting enough. You should be around 900 a day.

Stalls are common. How's your Water intake per day? Are you exercising? You really might want to look at bumping your calorie intake up a few hundred to see if that helps kick your metabolism back on.

I agree with the other commenters. Your body may be in starvation mode, because you aren't eating enough.
