I love to bake. The nutritionist has said how many grams of sugar is no good post surgery, but I'm bad at math (lol) and not sure what that means in baking terms.... I've been finding some great recipes and don't know if I'll be able to have them after surgery. Help please!!

Look under the "Dry Measure Equivalents" section. That's got Tbps, tsp, and cups to grams.
