Cynisca 67 Posted July 28, 2018 Got it! I have Yogurt as a snack and cottage cheese on week 4 yet oatmeal right away. But the oatmeal is blended and watered down with almond milk so it's like a Soup. MeanSleevedMachine 277 Posted July 28, 2018 I have eaten oatmeal without issue. I get the non-instant oatmeal and instead of milk and sugar, I used a vanilla Premier Protein shake. I don’t eat oatmeal every day or even every week. But I do eat it from time to time. Especially if I feel really fatigued.
