I only have had one night that I could not sleep well. I think I took my Vitamins too late in the evening. I have always noticed I could not take Vitamins before bed or I slept like crap. Hope that helps you. Good Luck!
Taoz 284 Posted July 27, 2018 I had trouble sleeping for the first month post op. I had trouble getting to sleep, and would be restless and waking several times a night. I think it was a side effect of the anaesthesia, and post surgery hormonal chaos. The only nights I had a good sleep were the couple of times I took an over the counter sleeping pill. Hopefully it will resolve for you in time.
BarrySue 602 Posted July 27, 2018 I have always been a stomach sleeper, and it took me two months to be able to return to that. I just used a million pillow to prop myself into a reclined position on my back, and dealt with it until it passed.
Cynisca 67 Posted July 28, 2018 I only had surgery Monday and I am waking up almost every 2 hrs at night and then fully at 4am. Can't explain why. I used to sleep on my stomach so I keep thinking that it's just even odd to sleep on my back. I just go for a walk at 4am outside and then usually I can bang out another 2hrs sleep when back. 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
Frustr8 7,886 Posted July 28, 2018 Invest in a long body pillow, Wal-Mart has them, suspect Target, Meijer and even Kohls might. Turn on your siden prop that upper leg up if you need to , hug that critter like it was a Teddy Bear, as the pain goes away tummy sleeping may start to return.
