LOL im ok with this decision... I don't often get to eat Cookies and i enjoyed all 7485847263747362747363846 of them 😂😂😂😂

So happy to see this! I was starting to think you all are Jedi masters who never break meanwhile I am in a closet with a candy bar.

First Meal of the Day: Leftover Proteins from the fridge (1/2 oz sirloin steak slices, 1/4 can chunk tuna & 1/2 a salted duck egg), spring mix greens and homemade vinaigrette.

My first opportunity to post on this thread. Nothing spectacular, just a scrambled egg with 1/8 cup of 1% cottage cheese. A few little bits of chives, and a sprinkle of hot sauce.

I was in heaven! My first soft foods meal. I managed to eat it all, but I'm thinking I should have left the last couple of bites on the plate.

I included a shot of one of our regular dinner plates for comparison. 20190530_180236.jpeg 20190530_180245.jpeg

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
