So I tried the Coconut yogurt w fruit and was just fine. Prob was the pistachios. Although this week I am trying to get away from artificial sweeteners in my yogurt so I went light and Fit plain Greek yogurt. I squished up blackberries and put them in to sweeten it up-it didn’t. But I still ate it. I gave up sweet and low in my coffee and now use Truvia but I guess that’s an articulate sweetener as well?! 2 DanaC84 and GreenTealael reacted to this

Not artificial but not exactly pure because it is still processed for mass production 1 Orchids&Dragons reacted to this

And you stir them a couple times through. I actually do this with big pyrex bowls of eggs. Like oven scrambled eggs without the fat. 2 Orchids&Dragons and GreenTealael reacted to this
