It may be the sugar substitute used in the yogurt or the higher fat content of the nuts or the combination

Sorry 💜

Hey!! So I tried the Coconut yogurt w fruit and was just fine. Prob was the pistachios. Although this week I am trying to get away from artificial sweeteners in my yogurt so I went light and Fit plain Greek yogurt. I squished up blackberries and put them in to sweeten it up-it didn’t. But I still ate it. I gave up sweet and low in my coffee and now use Truvia but I guess that’s an articulate sweetener as well?!

It's a (more) natural sugar substitute. Not artificial but not exactly pure because it is still processed for mass production

You could poach them in a Water bath. :) I do mine in the microwave to make an egg puff. But I know you don't MW. No oil though. :)

Yes, the puff in the oven. I just use 4oz ramekins. And you stir them a couple times through. I actually do this with big pyrex bowls of eggs. :) Like oven scrambled eggs without the fat.
