summerset 5,265 Posted August 17, 2022 I need to make Protein muffins again. My freezer is full with other stuff, however. 😂 I only bake when I can batch-bake and freeze. 2 GreenTealael and Arabesque reacted to this

Starwarsandcupcakes 2,070 Posted August 23, 2022 Kids had burgers with artisan Buns (I’m just a touch jealous) but I had this salad so who’s really winning? 😂 I didn’t eat it all but saved the rest for later. 4 Arabesque, Tomo, sillykitty and 1 other reacted to this
Starwarsandcupcakes 2,070 Posted August 23, 2022 chocolate almond smoothie for breakfast! Weirdly tastes like a Wendy’s frosty. A little higher in calories but you could save about 150 calories (and add 5g protein) if you switched to Peanut Butter powder and left out the heavy cream. Just remember you also need a cup of ice for either one. Im also including the amounts for the one with peanut butter powder (the last picture) in case you’re feeling fancy and want to make it. *Currently halfway through and I’ll have to drink the rest later as it’s oddly filling. 2 GreenTealael and sillykitty reacted to this

This brand is very good . I bought it on super sale ($1) but when I looked online to order more I noticed the regular price ($6) and I’ll probably never buy it again 🤣 2 kcuster83 and sillykitty reacted to this

I can get it on sale there for $2-$3, which when I need a vegan dessert is worth it. 2 GreenTealael and sillykitty reacted to this

This is my 3rd or 4th 2lb tub of the chocolate truffle nectar after a friend who had WLS in like 2010 recommended it as that’s what her office said to use. I definitely prefer the Nectars over the matrix ones as those have weird bits in them. The nectars mix great in Water by themselves and don’t have that weird Protein taste to them. You can get a sampler pack of the nectars to try them but my favorites have been the chocolate truffle, the Roadside Lemonade (SO good as a frozen lemonade!), and the unflavored to mix into baked goods. So, yes, I like them. 3 Tomo, sillykitty and GreenTealael reacted to this

redhead_che 824 Posted August 25, 2022 So I never post on here because my meals thus far have been like a cooked veggie pattie, Protein Shake, pieces of fish or deli meat etc that never look appetizing. But this meal I was like, “yeah, this qualifies” 🤣 And I ate every bite 🥰 8 GreenTealael, SleeverSk, sillykitty and 5 others reacted to this
GreenTealael 25,430 Posted August 25, 2022 Before and After Salmon pâté It’s been a while since I posted this it I still eat it regularly maybe once every month or too because it’s super easy. I ate a *little* too much this time and now I’m paying the price 🥹 5 Starwarsandcupcakes, Arabesque, sillykitty and 2 others reacted to this
ms.sss 15,720 Posted August 28, 2022 1st meal if the day! 2 soft boiled eggs and 1.5 peices of bacon (would have been 2, but someone pinched a piece from my bowl) 190 calories…ate it all. 5 Starwarsandcupcakes, GreenTealael, Tomo and 2 others reacted to this

I used my own recipe. 2 eggs 15oz part skim ricotta 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1tsp ground garlic 1tsp black pepper Dash of basil 1tsp Italian seasoning 1tsp salt Mix all these well. Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons into each spot on a mini muffin baking pan that you’ve sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle a touch of reduced fat mozzarella on top of each. Bake 20 minutes at 375. I’m thinking of making a bariatric cooking/recipe blog. I love cooking and being inventive and really want to stay within my approved foods. So it may be neat! Those look AMAZING! You should most definitely make a cookbook! 3 Tomo, GreenTealael and sillykitty reacted to this
