@GreenTealael I saw this one and thought of you. It looks delicious! Not particularly high in Protein, but if you served it over quinoa, that would help.

Carryout

West Indies/ Island food (Jamaican) curry style chicken with potatoes, sauteed cabbage, plantain.

So good, but I only ate a bit two days ago & it's still in my fridge 😓

Wooohooo! lunch was too ambitious even for me! :) B/As yay!

This is my turkey swiss and veggie wrap. Hold me. So dang good! Now am totes full! LOL I couldn't wait for lunch...snuck a huge bite as I was leaving the kitchen! me=piggy!

Keto friendly Peanut Butter Cookies

I decided to use psyllium husk (not pictured) for added Fiber , literally amazing.

Ingredients I used are feature but I followed the recipe amounts

When using PB powder add just enough Water to make into a paste/dough

The texture was somewhere in between, but I think it should not matter much. You can also make powdered sugar sub by using a nut grinder and even a bullet style blender.
