Tried Elk for the first time and it was AMAZING! Served with mashed sweet potatoes and bacon Parmesan Brussels sprouts 😋

Lamb fat is or can be very gamey. So I use cuts that don't have a lot of fat attached to it. Like the sirloin chops or lollipop chops make a better lamb gateway choice.

Ahhh i absolutely love lamb! It looks like you cooked it nicely! I posted a chicken cilantro stew that I made a couple of days ago but that dish I posted is traditionally made with lamb. Its called Seco de Cordero.

Now Im craving lamb... and its 9:48 am lol
