Kale, strawberry raisins, boiled egg, roasted chicken, peanuts, spices hazelnut oil, Bragg's liquid aminos, lemon juice This will be my only food choice for the day, its a big salad so I'll eat it until its done. Also moving to a proper 20:4 intermittent fasting routine should be interesting... I'd rather eat something already made that i dont even want than make something else. So I decided to stop buying nuts and Protein Bars (like I need them anyways😓) and just meal prep nonstop. I made a pot of these and they were a hit and basically fell apart.
