Arabesque 7,442 Posted January 30, 2023 Been baking. For drinks yesterday & then today to use up the leftover ingredients. Mediterranean tartlets & savoury egg muffins. As usual I started with a recipe & then detoured considerably LoL! Froze most of the muffins but will have two for lunch today & tomorrow. And I used a mandoline to slice the onions for the caramelised onion tartlets for first the first time since I sliced off part of my thumb. Have to admit I had a moment of trepidation but then I just dived in slicing. 6 Spinoza, GreenTealael, Tomo and 3 others reacted to this

summerset 5,265 Posted January 31, 2023 Made a Breakfast sandwich. Some plant based shake with that, one of these expensive fruit-cups and coffee of course. 5 kcuster83, GreenTealael, Arabesque and 2 others reacted to this

summerset 5,265 Posted February 1, 2023 Left it a bit too long in the microwave. 2.5 min instead of 3 min on high would have sufficed. 6 Arabesque, kcuster83, Tomo and 3 others reacted to this

GreenTealael 25,439 Posted February 2, 2023 Air fried Vegetable Gyoza & Ground Turkey. I’m prepping two different meals but decided to eat these together. 4 summerset, Kris77, Arabesque and 1 other reacted to this

I’ve been having gyoza occasionally too lately (prawn though) but I usually just steam them. How much oil if any do you add to your air fryer & how long do they take to cook? I usually have 4 gyoza for about 130 calories but only about 9g Protein which isn’t great ☹️. 2 Tomo and GreenTealael reacted to this

I spritz a little EVOO directly on the dumplings but they don’t really need it at all. The Protein count was a lackluster 3 grams 🤣 which is why I added minced Turkey to the meal.
