I think that's what I'm going to get after I go through my stash. Have you tried toasting it, cover with lowfat cream cheese and sprinkle with "everything " seasoning? Mmmmmmm so good!😋😋😋 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

Why didn't I think of that 🧐 1 Nermada reacted to this

MarvelGirl25 2,168 Posted October 2, 2020 Breakfast today: The usual avo toast with a scrambled egg, fruit with almond butter and another egg on the side. This was a much better balance and I was full. Also took a couple bites of my bfs chia seed pudding bowl. 5 WishMeSmaller, Arabesque, Double_Me and 2 others reacted to this

IWantTheDream 179 Posted October 4, 2020 Went to our local farm today and picked some apples off the trees and I bought five spaghetti squash’s they freeze beautiful. I put them in one and two oz containers. And I toasted up some of the seeds for Snacks. I only cooked 2 squash so I have three left. Yum this is my favorite I mix it with everything. Best part there so fresh and they taste sooo much better then the ones you find in supermarkets. 6 ms.sss, Lily66, Starwarsandcupcakes and 3 others reacted to this
summerset 5,265 Posted October 4, 2020 Red and purple roasted potatoes with a soy skyr dip. Definitely for the HCLF people, not the HFLC people. Before and after roasting: 7 GreenTealael, ms.sss, Starwarsandcupcakes and 4 others reacted to this
summerset 5,265 Posted October 4, 2020 (edited) Meet my new rice cooker mini. It can cook up to 3.5 cups of dry rice (brown rice a bit less). If this thing is good I'm going to invest into the bigger version for batch cooking because my husband is already interested in taking the mini one home with him, lol. summerset 5,265 Posted October 4, 2020 Black & White sticky rice made in my new rice cooker. Curry with yellow paste, coconut milk, green Beans, shiitake mushrooms, red onions, tofu and rehydrated soy strips. The rice cooks up to a really beautiful color, almost purple. 4 GreenTealael, WishMeSmaller, MarvelGirl25 and 1 other reacted to this
