It could be dangerous! Always amazing how people can interpret the same picture/photo SO differently. Didn’t see what you did...at all. No obnoxious lecture, no desire to punch a face. First pic, gently sharing her new found wisdom. Second pic was the old me too stuffed to move! Eye of the beholder moment. 2 GreenTealael and Arabesque reacted to this

That's why I thought of it as funny when I looked at the two ladies, lol. Like in a sitcom. Quote First pic, gently sharing her new found wisdom. Second pic was the old me too stuffed to move! I can't see anything gentle in that gesture. It gives the impression of "urging somebody". Second pic is more like "Ew, leave me alone with your food obsession". I think it's funny but obviously my eyes took a different look at it. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

summerset 5,265 Posted September 2, 2020 Never seen this in a German ALDI. ALDI Süd carries some Trader Joe brand stuff, e. g. nuts. The ALDI Nord I recently shopped at didn't. The soy Schnitzel I pictured earlier are from ALDI. Unfortunately just mediocre. They don't get crispy enough in the oven. That's a definite "thumbs down" from my site. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

It could be dangerous! The original meme is comprised of two different sources. The first one is a of Quenlin Blackwell, a youngwoman on YouTube having what appears to be an emotional/mental crisis (she is now recovered) The second is from a reality television star, Ms Juicy from Little Women: Atlanta (which showcases reality TV style dramatics in a group of friends which are Little People) in a rare moment of normalcy & relaxation watching sports. The original paring was created by twitter user lilr0use captioning it "Me explaining to my mother". The meme is mostly used to display a passionate/fanatical person talking to someone who just wants to relax or is already familiar with the subject at hand. And now you know way too much about me, my dedication to research & pop culture - obviously putting my degrees to work 😆 More info https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/me-explaining-to-my-mom Edited September 2, 2020 by GreenTealael 4 3 Lily66, summerset, Cheeseburgh and 4 others reacted to this

ms.sss 15,726 Posted September 2, 2020 Was jonesing for some bacon since I didn’t get to have any at yesterday’s brunch. So my dinner tonight was, yup, BACON! Ate 6 pieces. Logged it as 120 calories (figured each piece was half a bacon slice...) 8 DaisyChainOz, Double_Me, b48wls2020 and 5 others reacted to this

The pics I've seen of Trader Joe's branded products in German Aldi doesn't bear any resemblance to the US Trader Joe's product, neither in product types nor packaging. I wouldn't think Trader Joe's is widely known in Germany, so the branding seems odd to me. To add to the confusion, it is Aldi Nord that owns Trader Joe's and not Aldi Sud. @GreenTealael is the meme queen, and I'm the resident Aldi expert apparently. 😟 2 Arabesque and GreenTealael reacted to this

Bari_KS 499 Posted September 3, 2020 Can you find Intel on how on earth this Zero net carb bread is made, or if it is in fact Zero net carbs While the bread does contain 9 grams of total carbohydrates, the fine print on the package states that 9 grams of total carbs minus 9 grams of dietary Fiber equals 0 grams of net carbs. Fiber is a type of carb that the body does not absorb, so when all or most of the carbs in this bread are from fiber, they should simply pass through the body. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
