I love this restaurant, Gia Mia, and this salad so very much. Grilled shrimp, arugula, fennel, pine nuts and lemon vinaigrette. Seriously drooling! 🤤 😍😋 5 sillykitty, GreenTealael, Sophie7713 and 2 others reacted to this
MarvelGirl25 2,168 Posted May 6, 2020 Hen stew made by my dad. Just ate the meat and potato, he forgot that I can’t eat rice. Super tempting 😅😭 5 Cheeseburgh, GreenTealael, sillykitty and 2 others reacted to this

Cheeseburgh 3,080 Posted May 7, 2020 (edited) This looks pretty bad but tastes excellent. Probably best described as an open face potstickers? I don’t use a lot of oil so the calories on this was about 300 Ground chicken with minced onion, red pepper and Water chestnuts. Stir fried it with sesame oil, soy sauce, sambal oelek chicken stock and thickened with corn starch slurry. Just bake the wonton wrappers separately in a muffin tin. Takes about 5-6 minutes at 375. I would have added more veggies and scallions but I didn’t have them available! I just love Bird's Eye baby garden peas - This my last frozen pea package... They don't appear to be restocking them. :[ That looks like it could be in Bon Appetit! I miss seafood! I always plan on making enough food to have leftovers, and I dislike reheating seafood (Most frozen and canned veg are all packaged during a single annual harvest. So once they're gone, they're gone. So that maybe your pea problem 😢) 2 Sophie7713 and GreenTealael reacted to this

If I try to make zuchinni bread it just won't cook. There is just this slobbery mess of a batter after cooking it. It is good batter though, so not complaining. I found myself head first in several bowls of batter during this experiment. I also tried making zuchinni spagetti by roasting it in the oven and ripping it with a fork, didn't turn out so well I have semi dehydrated zucchini to use as the "pasta" in lasagna. I just set the air fryer on the lowest temp. It worked out really well for lasagna, might work for zucchini bread as well? 5 MarvelGirl25, Sophie7713, GreenTealael and 2 others reacted to this
