I have found it at Kroger and Sprouts, store brands, I think. Taste and creamy texture is sublime! Kroger has both brick-style and whipped.

I found these!

http://www.franklinfoods.com/greek-cream-cheese

https://www.kroger.com/p/kroger-greek-cream-cheese-spread-with-greek-nonfat-yogurt/0001111086130

Bummer the Franklin Foods is only at 1 local chain (Sprouts), not well distributed in the West at all.

The Kroger one is definitely not at my local Kroger store, but not surprising. It is a "value" banner, and doesn't cater to a demographic that is necessarily looking for more healthful options

But if they deal with the distributor that carries it, they might order it for you

Awful looking but yummy. Rice, kidney Beans, chick peas, Tomato sauce and fake parmesan (nutritional yeast and cashews). Could only eat a few bites. I'm still fuming because the **** like really hit the fan at work today (so literally everyone is fuming).

One of the head physicians (there are three of them for three different radiology sub-departments) talked about the planned possible new versions of the on-duty-schedule and all of them SUCK!!! making it worse for us so we gave him our quite strong opinions on this for about an hour this very morning during the meeting.

We need 2 to 3 more coworkers, ideally already being able to do 24 h shifts - but even if not, they'll still be helpful during the daytime. Several people went away and nobody came for them so of course there're problems now! Give us more manpower again and the problems will be solved! Seriously, it's not that hard to understand.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
