MusicalKate13 241 Posted May 7, 2019 It's been a while since I posted but tonight's dinner: 230 grams of chicken shawarma/baba gnoush bowl from Naf Naf grill and an over medium egg. Sometimes I'm low-key astounded that I used to be able to eat the entire bowl (4 or 5 servings now) in one sitting. Yes its just the more scientific categorization of it What is the difference between calories and kilocalories? The "calorie" we refer to in food is actually kilocalorie. One (1) kilocalorie is the same as one (1) Calorie (upper case C). A kilocalorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of Water one degree Celsius.
