BrittneyE 60 Posted February 10, 2019 Had a Salsarita's Mexican Bowl for lunch today... and for dinner too. Lol. First pic is before, second is what was left after eating lunch, third is what was left after eating it for dinner. Prior to surgery I would have added rice in the bowl too and would have eaten the whole thing at one meal. Refried Beans, black beans, steak, shrimp, shredded cheese, corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream and queso
MusicalKate13 241 Posted February 11, 2019 dinner tonight: one egg omelette with .5 slice cheese, .5 slice of mozzarella, and 2 oz ham. CurvyMom 386 Posted February 11, 2019 Tonight I made a skinnytaste recipe - turkey and sweet potato chili. I was always anti ground turkey but this was really good. Maybe I will try to use it more often. 3 NIKKIBEVERLY, mylighthouse and Orchids&Dragons reacted to this

I’m just making one or two meals a week since it will take me days to eat them but I plan to keep trying new things. I definitely put a lot more chili powder and cumin in because I dont like bland food and I don't mind heat..but this wasn't spicy IMO. here is the recipe https://www.skinnytaste.com/no-bean-turkey-and-sweet-potato-chili/ 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

Naughty Glitter Goddess 645 Posted February 13, 2019 Getting my car repaired today and headed to the nearest coffee shop to wait 4 hours. Had some great food options. I chose this: whole grain toast, white bean puree, avocado, fried egg, house made hot sauce This pic was after I started but you can tell what size it was. I finished half of the toast part but ate all of the egg and avocado. 2 GreenTealael and MusicalKate13 reacted to this
