A salad, I didn't make 😓

Spinach, dried cranberries, walnuts, avocado, carrots, chicken tenders because they ran out of grilled chicken 😒

(No dressing because why bother)

So much afters, likely a few more meals

My first food before and after post. I think ate 1 sausage too much. I'm stuffed. The picture makes it look like so much food! 1220180902.thumb.jpeg.2aa12a54c83cb17d195cd587e835424f.jpeg 1220180912.thumb.jpeg.b9f3c92aeb0ce2cf26b8966c8114c586.jpeg

@GreenTealael The pizza looks wonderful. Questions for you.... how was the cauliflower crust? Did it hold up well and did it taste good? Thanks! Looked the crust up and found my usual local Wal-Mart has them in stock.

In a blind taste test, I would not be able to tell the difference between these and other build your own crusts!

"First Breakfast" was at 6:00 this morning. The pics are of "Second Breakfast". I don't think I can fit anymore breakfasts in before lunch. ;)

Second breakfast was delicious: single serving of cottage cheese with homemade black bean and corn salad on top. Black Beans, corn, Tomato, orange pepper, jalepeno, garlic and cilantro in a lime/oil marinade sweetened with liquid Stevia drops. I will also top my mixed green/grilled chicken salad with this black been salad for lunch today. SO GOOD. And of course, I ate it all. :)
