FluffyChix 17,415 Posted September 30, 2018 (edited) I finally have a before/after. Sometimes I can't "edit" myself cuz something looks so good. I usually only put what I know will be eaten on my plate and weigh everything. That way I have a clean/healthy plate without leftovers. But I served 3.5oz of salmon + 3.5oz broccoli + 1oz ea avocado and Tomato. (Ended up finishing the avo, cuz I didn't want to throw it out or waste it.) Ended up eating 3oz salmon, 2oz broccoli, 1oz avo, 1/2oz tom--pretty much what I always eat (by weight). LOL. There is comfort in predictability. I'm a little over 8 months out.
