Letsgetgoing2018 448 Posted July 21, 2018 Hi all. Needing a little encouragement or an idea for some new food to try. I’ve been managing with my Protein Drinks, sugar free ice pops, cottage cheese, Soups (broth). I saw the doc for my 7 day post op visit on Tuesday and he said to try egg. I did and threw it up. I think I ate too much. I’m bored of what I’m eating and feeling depressed about it today. Can anyone give me some ideas? Is it going to get better? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
sillykitty 10,776 Posted July 21, 2018 Yogurt? SF Jello with yogurt? Laughing cow cheese? How many Soups have you tried? Ethnic soups like hot and sour or Tom Yum? Pacific Brand or Trader Joe's brand Tomato with Roasted Pepper in an aseptic box was a particular favorite of mine. Can you do full liquids? I made lentil Soup and pureed it.
