A study suggests that people who undergo a momentous life event such as weight loss surgery may possess a “bias to action,” -- meaning they may be encouraged to make additional life changes, like getting a new job, getting married or divorced, or moving.

Way true for me:) Hubby and I are still on the same page....but my motivation to accomplish old goals is on fire.

I'm going back to college this fall. Taking some classes I always wanted to take:)

Taking a cross country trip with my daughter...just the two of us...her last summer home before she goes on to grad school. We're gonna to do a lot of camping, adventure travel:)

Just taking some risks and living a little. It's about damned time:)
