FrenchieAndTheSleeve 8 Posted July 19, 2018 Hi everyone. Before baby I got down to 175 but I now weigh a whopping 216lbs! I am devastated. I can’t get the weight off. I literally feel like with pregnancy I lost all restriction whatsoever. I can eat a lot. Like... a lot and with breastfeeding I’m always hungry! I am speed walking 4 miles almost everyday and I’m eating relatively healthy. It’s a little difficult with baby to cook all means so I find myself “grabbing and going” more than I’d like, but I try to always make health conscious choices .... Please tell me there is something I can do to shrink my stomach back so I can get this baby weight off. Thanks!!
Sosewsue61 3,185 Posted July 20, 2018 The sleeve is likely intact and you are not minding the 'rules'. Like dense Protein first, then veg...no drinking liquids for 30 minutes. You will have to keep your Fluid and nutrition adequate while breastfeeding - don't mess that up by severe calorie restriction. Go back to strict 6 small meals a day of nutritious food. Log everything like right after surgery. Just before feeding the baby, get some deli meat for yourself as a lettuce wrap...etc.
