Laura7 334 Posted January 9, 2019 So, I wrote down my food Wednesday-Friday in preparation for the nutritionist. I decided today that my failure to write the other days just shows how much I need to get in check. So, I cancelled the nutritionist because they are going to say the same things they always do. BUT I have four weeks and four days until my next appointment with my surgeon. According to a chart I’ve been following I should lose up to 30 more pounds by that point. Obviously I’m not going to lose 30 pounds but I am at the minimum end of expected weight loss in a six month period for my starting weight. So, only time will tell friends. Ignore the charts that say you should weigh X amount by this date. AJP 132 Posted January 9, 2019 What chart are you going by? I have my 6 month follow up next month. Finally made it to onederland this week but barely lol. Dr goal is 180 for me. Trying to see if I can get there by then. I wasn't very good in Dec. Only lost 5lbs but that was due to my poor choices. To anyone out there reading this, personal training is one of the best things you can do with your body. I’ve done it multiple times and the results are phenomenal. You just get so strong and feel so healthy. Totally worth it. Laura7 334 Posted January 27, 2019 I know I wasn’t supposed to try but I’m waiting to see if I’m pregnant. Also, I got my bloodwork done and everything is good except my alkaline phosphates are high.
