So, no weight loss this morning. Still at 263.4 or 263.6. I’ve been PERFECT with my diet and taking walks, using the elliptical and going to personal training. I hate these days when your body just holds on to the weight. I’m going to drink plenty of Water today and see if that helps. I know that I’m doing everything right. 😞

I've been in a stall for a month now and it sucks. Like you said, I know I'm doing everything right but it's not budging. I'm 4.5 months post-op sleeve so I guess my body is just doing an adjustment and it'll start moving again soon. I hope so. I want to be a "loser" like you! 🙂

Hey everyone. I lost that ten pounds over spring break and I was feeling great. Now I’m in a rut and just waiting for school to be out so I can focus on my diet and exercise. 15 days until then!

And Laura, I am ready to enter Onederland, tipping over into an 18, good when I started in 28-30W and I could find them. Sweats were Men 4X from WallyWorld, like a Bad Dream now, and as I tople over out of Plus Sizes the fabric, colors and styles are like a trip to the Best Theme Park ever. Want one of everything, but I haven't stopped losing yet, I plan to be a skosh bigger than you,a 15 Junior, and I won't merely Try,I shall really do it!👕👚🎽👙🌈

So, I’ve had some success with NOOM. I haven’t lost weight but it has kept the weight off and it has gotten me to make some healthy choices that will be sustainable. Today is day 2 of my new low carb, high Protein diet. I’m hopeful. I’m looking at this picture to remember where I came from and motivation for moving forward.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
