Bambino98 1 Posted July 16, 2018 Okay so I am having a really hard time. My surgery is in 3 months but I am having a difficult time choosing the right foods to eat. I used to go out EVERYDAY with my coworkers to get lunch (burgers and fries, burritos and tacos, doughnuts, anything unhealthy I would be going there and buying lunch. So now that I have to stop and choose the right food choices to eat, I am finding it so difficult when I see them leave to go get lunch and I am drinking a Protein Shake or any other type of Meal Replacement. Can anyone give me advice on how to get through this "hunger phase"? Motivation to just stick through this process. You might can have lean meat and vegetables for lunch and dinner but Breakfast have your Protein Shake for snack sugar free Jello. Sometimes you can go out with your coworkers. If you get a burger don't eat no bread. That's what I was supposed to be on lol I got off track sometimes practice make perfect. I made it through you can too. Best wishes on your weight loss journey!Sent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Bambino98 reacted to this
