Since I had my surgery,I never had any of the symptoms that some of the people had. And now I’m gaining the weight back. It’s been 3 years for me. I started my journey at 266 and lost only 50, and now it’s coming back. Need help

Hang in there. Go back to your basics. Have you went back to your team? Maybe they can help as well.
