Letsgetgoing2018 448 Posted July 13, 2018 Hi all. Running a low grade temp of 99.5 (by ear). Face is red and warm. Hospital told me to call if i run a temp 100.5 or higher. Should I call my doc anyway or just keep an eye on it?

This is a cut and dry situation, only if or when that temp goes over 100.5 do you pick that phone up. Low grade temp is totally normal after surgery.

domi 237 Posted July 13, 2018 Just keep an eye on it and know notice pay attention to how the rest of you feels. I ended up with pneumonia (not due to my surgery at all).

Will keep an eye on my fever and other symptoms. Thanks for the reply.

Tolerating Protein Shakes and Water with crystal light. No nausea/vomiting. Sore belly but that’s normal. Hope everyone else is doing well also. 1 domi reacted to this
