I got gastric bypass Oct 13,2017

I weighed 232lbs when my journey began it has been ok lil things here and there but i am succeeding..

Highest weight:274lbs

surgery weight: 232lbs

Goal weight: 140lbs

now still going to loose more unfortunately.

truth fully squats likee crazy and i walk everyday for at least 2to 3 miles

cuz my surgeon said i would still loose more weight but now i am jus maintaining at 135lbs.
