I had asked this in another post of yours I believe, but... how much broth are you consuming... vs how much does your nutritionalist / diet sheet say you can consume? Hi I’m on Premier Protein shakes(3), no other milks, about 3 cups of broth per day. My diet was broth, Clear Liquids, , sf Jello, sf popsicles, & juice. I’ve only had broths & shakes. I’m VERY sensitive to sodium, so imagine that could be the culprit. Going to try and switch to reduced sodium broth and see if that helps. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'd cut the broth out all together and see if that helps.
