goalseeker 695 Posted August 2, 2018 I haven’t been comfortable lying flat or on my side in bed. I found that my couch is more comfortable for both because the cushions are softer and surround me better but I can’t sleep there all night. I have to move to the recliner at some point. It hurt bad too so im forced to sleep in my chair now with some pillows and a blanket going to move my cpap machine to the living room too. I swear any place isnt good for me to sleep. I wish I had one of those amazing hospital chair/beds they have. Those were so nice. I could lift and lower, sit up move around pretty decently. The "Log Roll" method to get in and out of bed is so much help here! I'm surprised they don't teach it more during pre-op and at the hospital. 1 ChellNC reacted to this
