Yup that's it! 😊😉 Her Jello was very tart without sugar as you can imagine but my body tolerates it unlike the kind we bought at the store

But I'm hoping that I can tolerate store bought once my glutamine powder comes in

Oh man that sounds delicious! I had to make sure I really mashed the Jello up with my tongue before swallowing or I had the same issues in the beginning! Thankfully I only had to do Clear Liquids for a few days.
