Clear liquid diet day before surgery

Hi all. My sleeve surgery is Tuesday. I begin clears tomorrow. Can I have Gatorade and what flavors are ok? Thanks for the help.

I had to have Clear Liquids the day before surgery too. My instructions didn't say anything about certain flavors so I would imagine you could have any flavor. I would call your surgeon's office though to confirm. Good luck and I hope everything goes well!

Isn't gatorade high in sugars?

I was told no Gatorade into after surgery but only a certain Gatorade and it had to be diluted with Water.

Zero Gatorade or Powerade
