Is it possible to get enough Water when you work in the heat? I work outside and have coworkers fall ill regularly due to dehydration and I worry that I won't be able to drink enough with a smaller stomach

It takes a lot of work to stay hydrated bc you have to take constant sips. You will no longer be able to gulp/guzzle down Water.

I don't know your exact situation, but I wouldn't want to be freshly postop in the summer heat.
