GermanShepherdMama 145 Posted July 3, 2018 It took me from May 5th to January 27 to lose 100 pounds. From 327 day of surgery to 227 approximately 8 months post op! Almost 26 months post op and still losing! I think I’m down 152-ish at this point. 2 TakingABreak and MdmMargott reacted to this

That’s incredible that you are still losing 26 months post op. Just goes to show that it’s a marathon, not a sprint! Very inspiring!
dathvick 150 Posted July 3, 2018 I don't think I will ever lose 100 lbs. I started at 265 lbs Sept 6th 2017 and I have been at about 185 for a couple months. I am very happy with where I am and If I don't lose any more weight I can be happy. I have lost 80 lbs consider myself very healthy. People say I don't have another 20 lbs to lose. Yo-yo girl 118 Posted July 6, 2018 It’s so inspiring to hear of all the weight that everyone has lost. It deff gives me that drive and push that can so easily be lost in the day to day but when you think of how far you can come in a few months it’s deff well worth doing things right to maximize the loss. 1 TakingABreak reacted to this

Yo-yo girl 118 Posted July 8, 2018 Did you guys workout or was it diet alone? I go to the gym at least 3 times a week but try to go all week first thing in the morning. I have to admit that it’s help my stamina like 70% I can walk so much more comfortably without feeling winded.
