aery 30 Posted July 18, 2018 I am supposed to be 30/30/30 but in reality I am 15/30/30 And no, I do not apply that to liquid meals or Protein supplements. I also WILL go over the 30 minute meal time if I NEED to get the entire meal in to meet daily goals, in that case I will eat what I can, wait 15 minutes, eat more, etc until I get the whole portion in.
