walker1988 0 Posted June 27, 2018 I have hit a plateau after my first year. I have lost around 70 lbs since surgery (1/16/2017) but have hit a snag at 385. My goal is to hit 300 by the end of the year. I don't work out much anymore because of lack of motivation, and I know that is key... I just really need to pep talk to get back in gear and start moving again. I still don't eat that much food but it isn't great food all the time.
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted June 27, 2018 Walker, you need to focus on your time limit, here. You will very shortly run out of honeymoon and you need to take advantage and lose as much as you can. Don't focus on what you need to do for the rest of your life. Commit to 1 month at a time - how many workouts, tracking your food/water, etc. After a year you probably got burned out, but you need to refocus on the sprint to the end of the year right now. You can do it! Heck, you can do anything for 6 months, right? Good luck! 1 Toomanytacos reacted to this
