I'm not trying to mislead anyone, I'm just sharing my experience. I believe anyone here knows this is just a forum and not a doctor's office and to take it up with their nut / surgeon if they're not sure. I am happy with my team's care and plan, I am happy losing weight slow and steady, I'm happy with my 80-20 approach of clean vs junk food, and I am also happy for you for finding plans that suit you, even though they are different than mine. VIKING 0424 1,107 Posted October 3, 2018 HAD SURGERY 35 DAYS AGO HAVE HAD SOME UPS AND DOWNS AS FAR AS EATING ANY THING EAT TO FAST IS THE WORST THING CAUSE IT COMES BACK UP NEVER GET HUNGRY HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF TO EAT ,AND DRINK HAVE LOST 29 LBS SINCE SURGERY AND 40 POUNDS PRIOR TO ON PRE OP DIET EXTENDED LOL OVER ALL FEELING PRETTY GOOD HAVE GOT BACK TO WALKING 4 MILES A DAY WHICH FEELS GOOD NOW THE RAINY SEASON STARTS WILL HAVE TO WALK THE MALLS I GUESS Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
