NDS Cardio cuts-in grape Makes me sweat like crazy...which i like...lol So i use one or the other..i find pre workout doesnt do much for me if i stick to the same one. Definitely dont take either before bed🤣 I like to sip on liquid iv while i work out. They seem to keep me going...im not taking any other weight loss product. Just eating healthy and working out! It's actually my first time taking workout supplements, and it's doing fine, but it would be nice to hear recommendations from people who tried something else and worked excellently.
