Creekimp13 5,840 Posted June 25, 2018 Phone your clinic and get their advice on this one. It's what they're there for:) 1 Orchids&Dragons reacted to this
labwalker 1,177 Posted June 25, 2018 That is often caused by nerve compression. It could be weight related. A doctor's opinion is the safest course. I have had that sensation in the past after walking for a few hours, but as I lost weight the problem went away. 1 beingdina reacted to this
Thin&Heathy 4 Posted June 25, 2018 Thanks guys. Called up clinic and they say may be due nerve compression as I was sleeping lying down all the time. Advised me to sleep on sides and walk. 1 Creekimp13 reacted to this
elmatador 167 Posted June 25, 2018 Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve dysfunction - very common following rapid weight loss (or weight gain). Harmless but annoying. Don't cross your legs, that can make it worse. 1 domi reacted to this

magpie26 244 Posted June 27, 2018 I had numbness in my hands and feet, I called my clinic they said I was too early for Vitamin deficiency so they said most likely dehydration, I got a lot more fluids and that helped tremendously.
