All4Russ 10 Posted June 23, 2018 Today I am exactly one month post op and I have lost a total of 28 pounds I feel great. I struggle eating but managing to get my calories in as directed. My biggest issue is Protein, because I can’t stand the Protein Drinks anymore and with the small amounts of food I can eat I worry it’s not enough. Any suggestions on alternative ways to get my protein in would be greatly appreciated.
