@chell I use Celebrate chewy ones in orange flavor. It’s pretty good but I forget to take my evening pills. I started making sure I did because I don’t want to lose teeth or have any more ailments due to lack of Vitamins.

Mine are chewy orange but I don't remember the brand. That's a pretty strong reason to remember them! I'm going to have to make a point of doing better with getting in that 2nd dose.

Btw, for the pizza lovers, I was in Central market yesterday and saw Prenate Cauliflower pizza crust...! Did not even know that such a thing existed!

Check the ingredients, it's not always all cauliflower crust. Many of them have other starchy flour substitutes.

Does anyone have those charts for expected/average weight loss by starting weight? With different time milestones and weight loss expected (bypass)?

I’ve seen others post them and keep meaning to save it but forgot...would love to have as a reference now that I’m a couple months out!

Is this what you're looking for:

Does anyone have a cool app or sheet that helps them record their body fat? I don’t have a Baritastic code because I had my surgery in Mexico.

I use the Yunmai body scale and app which calculates everything everytime I weigh myself

I use Aria scale which is connected to Fitbit and sends weight and fat stats to phone app and graphs them for me :)

Do you have thoughts about the Fitbit vs Apple Watch?

How does it calculate body fat just by standing on it?
Yes. It calculates body fat, skeletal, Water, Protein, visceral fat, bmr, bone mass

I use this scale with app. Pretty cheap and works great.

It’s a code that you use with the Baritastic app that I guess allows you access to track all that information. But you get the code from your surgeon.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
