I don’t wish that on anyone, dairy is life 😂😂😂 And maybe it is stress. My body rejects all food if I’m too stressed out. Try again at a later time and maybe buy lactaid pills for just in case

Starr2015 34 Posted September 5, 2018 Just wanna say hi. A month has gone by. On soft food but hit a plateau already. Soon to return to work. Some random pain in my lower stomach area (not from overeating). Pushing food because eyes bigger than stomach (that is upper abdomen pain!). Learning the process. It took me over a month to get regular and I still take colase every morning. The first few weeks I rotated Smooth Move tea, Miralax, milk of magnesia... Megan Sadler 186 Posted September 5, 2018 It feels like dumping syndrome each time ugh. I might have pushed myself too much today. 1 ChellNC reacted to this
Megan Sadler 186 Posted September 5, 2018 So first post op food is low carb zuppa tuscada Soup. I didn’t have a lot of energy so i skipped on the garlic and onion steps, I also didn’t add salt or pepper which I normally do. For later on I have a recipe for Keto garlic bread (it’s made of cheese dough so no carbs and a decent amount of protien. But since I’m just starting out I measured 1 cup. Instead of potatos I used cauliflower and I don’t taste a difference. Also I used coconut milk instead of regular milk. Thinking of swapping to organic hormone/antibiotic free milk because conventional has always made me sick.

Megan Sadler 186 Posted September 6, 2018 I went to bed and laid down. I was so cold. Like it’s winter.... my husband came and snuggled with me to help me warm up after all that. I made dinner in my instant pot prior so it was just sitting there warm. Feeling a little better now that I’m eating. 1 ChellNC reacted to this
