- Bariatric pal Protein cheese bundle
-shrewd food protein crisps - brick oven pizza

The cheese bundle gets double points bc it’s BP brand, and I used points from posting in here to get $$$ off my order!

Almost 2 weeks post op. 26 lbs down total so far.z and my feet are skinny??? Wtf....

I’ve thrown up a number of times. Usually if I didn’t chew chicken well enough and it got stuck. If you can identify a cause to it, I’d say it’s fairly normal. It’s when you throw up for no reason that you should be concerned.

Is that 26 just since surgery or does that include your pre op?

Thats awesome! Im still trying to take off the hospital gain and tomorrow is 1 wk!

I think I got lucky. I only gains 1 lb in the hospital I’m losing easily 1+ lb a day. The first days I lost 2 or so.
