ellie123 374 Posted August 29, 2018 Oh and I’m a week out and still have a net gain of 3lb since surgery date. Better than that 9pb I gained after surgery but still... yeah, disheartening sitting on broth and still seeing gain a week latter 😕

BadWolf523 196 Posted August 29, 2018 I’m still not loosing 😫😫. My pre and post op weight lost so far is 40lbs and now I’m just stuck. I know I’m eating no more than 600 calories and working out. I have a trainer and everything.

Frustr8 7,886 Posted August 29, 2018 Keep your Fluid levels up. I know it sounds counterproductive, but as waste products wash out perhaps your weight might start dropping. ,Maybe if you're doing strength, trade it,for cardio or even aerobic. Vary your approaches, otherwise it sounds like you are doing all the 🏆right things. 1 rs reacted to this

It’s frustrating. 1 libbyleeb reacted to this

I just spoke with my surgeon about an hour ago and they asked me if I was getting my Proteins, they said the goal with 60, 64 oz Water, 60 minutes exercise.... She said if I can get up to 90 grams of Protein and the 60 water weight will flush away and I should be able to prevent Hair loss too..... 1 BearsBeetsBarbells reacted to this

J San 1,071 Posted August 29, 2018 I didn't have one. Didn't even hear about one until reading posts here of those that have had them in? No catheter either. Why for either of them?
