Since last 3 days there is no change in my weight , has been stuck at 112.5kg fluctuates between 112.8 to 112.1

I feel heart broken. I would love to see changes on the scale.is it just me or happens with everyone???

Another doubt I have i don't feel like eating at all. I have to force myself to drink something as i have to keep myself hydrated. Drinking Water is the toughest thing i have done post-op.

I am vegetarian and i want to know more options of what all I can start eating now.

Stalls are especially common after weight loss surgery. Someone on this board even coined the phrase "Embrace the Stall".

Some good vegetarian early foods:

Refried Beans with lowfat cheese

Cottage cheese

Split pea Soup

Hummus

Soft tofu

Greek yogurt

sugar free oatmeal with Protein Powder stirred in

I wouldn’t weigh yourself daily if the scale helps to dictate your mood. Try a weekly weigh in instead.
