gully90 214 Posted June 20, 2018 Had my two week post op appointment today! I’m 21 lbs down 🤗 making me 178!! I’m cleared to workout minus heavy lifting and abs!! I have one more week on liquids and then I can fully enjoy soft foods!! I tolerate Water really well. Actually nothing really makes feel bad. Energy is back and my incisions are almost non visible!!!
