I'm feeling a mix of emotions and one of them is doubt as if I'm dumb for wanting to go through with this. I'm totally excelling at this 2week liquid diet I am in on but now getting scared. What your goals are, and how the surgery is going to allow you to meet those goals. Fear of such a massive change is 100% natural. Just relax, find resolve in your decision and stick with that.
