So I was wondering if purée black Beans, with salsa, sour cream, and refried beans would be too much for my stomach for dinner? I was telling my friends mom how i was looking forward to it, and she said that wasn’t good for me. Would it be better if i did without the refried beans?

No, everything is allowed by my surgeon. She’s gotten the sleeve done about 3 years ago so that’s why i wasn’t sure if she was correct or not.

Just make sure you watch your panels, but doing a quick search, you could do this pretty safely if you picked the right products... everything seems pretty low on the fat, sugars and carbs, the sodium is rather high... but you can offset that with added Water intake.
